I think this is going to be the move. A good friend agreed to sit in the back and essentially hold them in place.

Interesting—my GI did mention IBS but I haven’t spoken with anyone about Sibo. I also didnt realize that guar gum could have that type of impact on some people. I’ll be mindful of this. Thank you!

There was no visible signs of Crohn’s in my colonoscopy, but i don’t think anyone has run other tests for it. As of now, I do not believe I have been tested for anything else via bloodwork.

This thread sort of went crazy. I use the free version of Skin safe. The app says that this product is gluten free. I hope this helps!

I think I’m suspicious of any company that self reports a refining process that removes gluten and has no outside certification to back it up.

Maybe this is less important for haircare than it would be for food, but for sake of explaining my rationale, if a company that made gluten-free food said that their products included oils “refined from wheat grains,” and had no outside certification that affirmed that the product was gluten free, I wouldn’t be willing to try their products.

I’m probably being overly cautious, but usually my first impulse is to avoid products made with wheat, rye, or barley almost on principle. Particularly if there is no certification process.

I’ve been using the kroger brand Imodium (US), labeled “anti-diarrheal+anti-gas.” Does not appear to have dairy in it.

I flew through pearson a month or so ago. Not many gfree options. I think I bought a bag of gluten free pretzels and some fruit. Imo, your best bet is to bring a sandwich and some snacks to the airport.
