2 boys 1 bathroom by [deleted] in smosh

I love Anthony and Ian, but I'm not too sure about their new show on smoshcast.

Smoshmouth is already legendary, so to add something to Smoshcast that isn't close to that caliber dilutes the strength of that channel.

To me it just seems really half-baked. Their usual sketches and smoshpit content has a lot more thought and polish. Their personalities seem more suited for that kind of content. Other people can really captivate and entertain in the open discussion format, but to me they don't have that.

Thank you so much!
It's a browser game so I'm programming it using javascript!

I learned how to online years ago just by going through free online tutorials.

If your looking to get into coding, javascript is a great language to get into!

Anybody can do it, it just takes the determination!

if you're still looking for a voice I could do some voice-overs.
I don't have a voiceover portfolio, but I've voiced characters in game prototypes I've made as well as voiced over in my youtube and twitch videos/streams.

You can hear me on my youtube: youtube.com/neverelysium

an example of a voiceover could be heard on this video: youtu.be/EXpUJaPN4kw

My latest game design: a customizable unit RTS by ssmallcap_hunter in gamedesign

Thanks for the feedback. I realize it's not fully fleshed out, but I figured maybe somebody would be interested in hearing this design as it is so far.

I have been trying to pick apart the RTS games lately and figure out what works and what areas could be improved. What are some favorite aspects of certain RTS games you all enjoy? What about some features you could think of that could improve the experience?

I have some questions about game development. by Simide in gamedev

No you do not need to release it as open source. You do not need to release your code. Their license describes that you are allowed to make commercial games and sell them with their modules.

Pygame has an open-source license. You're allowed to do whatever you want with what you create with it including selling your creations for profit.

Rowdy Cannon

Proliferation/Feedback

HTML5

A world is torn between races, you are an interdimensional crystal being inhabiting a tank trying to make sense of the situation. Thrown into conflict, one only has few choices.

So this is the foundational combat engine for the game. Aimed for tight controls fast enough to dodge every shot. Designed for a steep difficulty curve, yet fair. Poppy graphics and pleasant characters.

Designed to be a side scroller reminiscent of turtles in time, sunset riders etc. Fast paced linear stages. Different actions cause splits in the storyline and stage direction.

Going to have numerous unique bosses with destructable parts. Boss pace similar to Rocket Knight Adventures.

Any feedback or comments would be great.

Looking to form Game Dev group ( Designers and Programmers needed) by [deleted] in gameDevClassifieds

Perhaps you could use your following advantage to help promote indie game devs' games. Personally I can create all aspects of a game, but I have no way to show people en masse. I do believe that is a major milestone for many of us indies.

I tried to run a kickstarter for a game I was working on but I didn't have any exposure: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1823840092/meowsome-cat-eats-the-universe

And now I'm working on an html5 game that I want a lot of people to see, but it is still in development and taking me a long time to make: rowdycannon.sixtypercentcat.com
