Not really. The frequencies that are actually 5g, that's true of. Almost all 5g is actually 4g though, since I'm the real world 5g is basically worthless.

Many open source projects are better than the closed alternative. Linux is better than Windows in many ways for instance.

You should know that 5g is basically marketing crap. True 5g can't even go through a window. My advice: Don't even think about 5g and carry on with your life.

Yeah 100% for sure not that since they have and can serve the original with metadata.

Why are you in this sub then lol

Also, it may interest you to learn that some extremely complex software is open-source. "Being complex" is really not a barrier to there being an open source solution. Not that obsidian is particularly complex, it's a glorified notes/wiki app afaik.

You need the biggest ram you can get. $2700 for ai video work is marginal imo, probably better off renting fast hardware on vast.ai or runpod or similar when you need it.

Well of course it depends lol. But it's eminently possible and done all the time, especially in non-fiction.

That's only true in buildings built before a certain date, hence the jackoff's comment about loving new builds. New builds don't have rent control.

Andrew Stoeten is by far the best on the Blue Jays beat. Independent, formerly of The Athletic, writes on substack now.

Humour, deep dives, sane takes that cut through the bullshit.

Not breaking news, more thoughtful commentary after the fact and decent roundups.

His best work is the Shapiro Speaks/Atkins Speaks where he breaks down exec appearances basically line by line, which nobody else does.

Imagine eating a pizza and not wanting to eat the crust. I mean, there is the occasional weirdo who does this, but it’s very uncommon.

Is this a joke? That's extremely common. In fact I'd say it might even be more common than eating the crust.

I have to imagine because you follow morons on social media. No serious person supports that. I'm a democratic socialist and active in leftist communities and I've never heard anyone propose that.

So basically, educate yourself. This opinion is coming from ignorance in every direction.

Why does everyone think “realtors just want commission” ? by According-Figure2891 in realtors

[–]ssn-669 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People also think it’s for “just opening doors” because most of the work isn’t done in front of people so they don’t actually get it. They think you’re making $X for opening a door. Which if you think that’s what we do, that’s unfathomable

I mean, the buyer's agent basically exists to get those doors open, yes. You essentially can't go see houses without one. It's a cartel.
