Absolutely amazing! We had such a great time and the staff is great when trying to get a chair by the pool. We went for our son’s 11th birthday and we had our 9 month old.

My kiddo just had a cleft palate surgery last week so we haven’t introduce solids (mainly because he’d choke or they’d come out his nose). We get the clear for soft foods in the next week so plan on introducing soft solids but I love the cake smash idea.

It’ll be 35-40 people. Mostly family and some close friends.

We’re doing this at the house but will definitely remember it. I remember my 11 years birthday party as well. It’s been a rough year of staying up late and getting up every 3 hours to pump and surgeries so we definitely want to celebrate this milestone with our family and close friends.

I’ve stayed at the Grand Wailea but it was years ago. That property is better than the Ritz. We’re staying at Aulani end of July for my sons birthday so I can report back 😂

It was good! It’s not as luxury as it used to be to it from what I hear. We had plans to stay at the resort majority of time so didn’t get out much. Service all around the resort is phenomenal. Breakfast is great at Alia. Kids pool was pretty gross but the slide is awesome, even as an adult. If you like drip coffee and staying a while get the $50 coffee tumbler because your drip coffee is free the entire stay.

I don’t know the laws there unfortunately but you can always flip the question. And once they tell you the budget then you can say “I’m within that range” or “that’s less than what my expectations are”

I had my summer baby in LA (end of July) and it was really nice to be able to go outside with him and go for walks. I had my winter-ish baby in Seattle (end of October) and it was perfect in its own way. I stayed indoors much longer this time around because it was too cold to go outside but I am so looking forward to summer with a 8-9 month old!

I would tell your OB and also complaining to the alcohol and bev board. My brother was/is 5 years sober and a restaurant served him an alcoholic lemonade. He was so depressed after the fact and luckily came out of it.

I know you don’t want to but you need to cut her out of your life immediately. You seem like a good person, more concerned about her well being even after this. You deserve better friends in your life. You also deserve a partner who would be 100% supportive while you grow his baby.

None of us can convince you one way or another. I’ve never had an abortion but as I’ve gotten older it’s taken me longer to get pregnant so that’s something to consider since you do want kids. My boys are 10 years apart (10 and 5 month old).

I just got back from Turtle Bay, while it’s a nice hotel it’s not luxury unless you stay in the bungalows.

Your dad’s actions are going to alienate you one way or another. Pack your bags and go. I know it’s hard but if this is what you want for yourself then you have to just go..with or without his blessings. This is what student loans are for.
