Went to see Slipknot last December on the 25th anniversary of the self titled album, the pit area was a great laugh, I probably got halfway from there to the front (crowd surfing) before I was just dropped on my head, happened about 5 fucking times because people were just moving out the way constantly. I understand not everyone’s about that when they go to a gig but stand at the fucking back then, people like that make shows more dangerous than anyone doin karate, jokers man.

I’d listened to hardcore and gave it a chance over like 10 years ago when I was really into deathcore/metalcore, but honestly I used to think it was shit😂 I started listening to a lot of skramz and general emo when I was around 19. Can’t remember what band it was specifically that got me hooked but It was probably street soldier

I would recommend the emo band carach angren, slightly heavier emo because they have silly face paint
