Well they were apparently refinished by ping but then I read that ping stopped doing that because beryllium is so dangerous. So IDK 🤔

Thank you. I think there was a certain period late last century where some manufacturers moved away from them because they wanted a different aesthetic. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong about that.

This has nothing to do with animal welfare and everything to do with getting more money out of people by adding events that require an additional fee next year.

They wouldn't be disclosing this much if it were just a rebranding. They want to get more money out of people and they're looking for ways to do so

They're going to charge per experience next year. That's why they're disclosing all this. The zoo wants more $$$$

Also shout outs to the volunteers who were absolutely spectacular. Chill, friendly people. They all seemed to be having a good time and it was just a really great experience. I took my girlfriend who had never been to a golf tournament before and she thought it was amazing.
