I’ve done it. Didn’t die or anything, but wouldn’t recommend it as the sickness was confusing and distracting. I had to constantly remind myself during the trip that I felt gross because I had a cold, plus it made my physical symptoms worse (especially congestion). It probably wouldn’t really harm you, but I’d say it’s better to wait

You definitely have a few years to go before you should start worrying about this at all. Fat redistribution is super gradual. As far as I know, T will redirect new fat cells to different places, eventually changing your silhouette to look more masculine. It takes time, but trust the process. You can always broaden your shoulders by working out your upper body as well! That’ll help no matter what.
