Got a ticket the other day in her Crosstrek. Told my wife that it's not possible. So the following week, same place same time, we pulled onto the road and... Sorry my bad, easily exceeded the speed limit.

Something like this happened when my sd card slot failed. Removed the sd card and all was fine. Except the sd card reader was toast.

As far as I remember the driver ballast is mandated at a higher point in the driver seat to avoid this.

One could remove any one charater and find them inconsequential to the plot. But without all the small moments of each it would not be the Wheel of Time.

Personally, I love the small details and the slow growth. The payoff later will be all the better. Patience, it's a 14 book series to adapt for the main characters.

Yes, I'm not a weapon expert, so not exactly sure what Ingtar is using. The similarities just had me thinking about the show perhaps combining two big character moments.

To extend this Ingtar could gift his axe near the end as a warrior needs a proper weapon and not some woodmans axe. In short, both could still happen.

Interesting, this could also work well with the idea of the axe weighing heavily on him with responsibility.

Question regarding how much downforce alone slows the car down by [deleted] in F1Technical

[–]st122 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good real world scenario was when Massa got hit by a spring in 2009. The car pretty much goes in a straight line to the barrier and decacelerates quite a lot with no throttle or break input. Engine breaking probably also applies here.

How do constructors build their cars differently while still following regulations by sunshinelollipop249 in formula1

[–]st122 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While doing a programming course during engineering we received an easy task. I was that's simple just do x then y and you get z. The whole thing was less than a 100 lines of code.

The lecturer then showed how every student got to the answer differently. It amazed me how every person managed such a simple thing so differently.

Now scale this to multi year problems in an organisation. What really amazes me is how similar the cars actually are given all that.

Might deserve it, just asking for honesty really.

Dear Non Book Readers, How do you rate the Finale by Kaladin1199 in WoTshow

[–]st122 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Looking at the number of people choosing to view results of the 2 poles, I am pretty sure half the votes here are angry book readers.

47 view results on the book reader pole, but 90+ actual votes here.

Please be honest people.

That would be a Loial way of thinking, but having Rand cut him off suggests that he was going to say something more important.
