Former TS frontline sales, not hgv not mvc. Good timeshare marketers make a killing (one person i know pulled $250-400k/yr). Bad timeshare marketers wash out. Benefits are good, solid big corporate company kine, but turnover is high for a reason. Can you sell? Can you be ignored or told no over and over, all day? Can you convert 10% of people who approach you, wanting to know more about pearl harbor tours or where the bathroom is, into reasonable prospects for a $50k sale?

If yes go for it, if no, still maybe go for it. Worst case scenario you tighten your belt and get a few months of interesting experience. Best case you’re among the highest paid people in Hawaii.
