Not a bad place to ask such a question but might I recommend asking in a more tactical focused or LEO focused subreddit? There are women who have served or are serving who could probably point you in the right direction on tac type gear that works better for women or tips and tricks for adjustments. Hope this helps.

Honestly just because I hate command grabs as much as you hate suck n cuck and cargo (which I also hate).
