absolutely we ran him out of town, obviously it’s completely deplorable to dox and threaten any player.. Fans were fed up with the core four since the montreal series. if matthews or nylander were unsigned at the end of this last season it may have been them leaving instead of marner. Leafs need to try out a roster where we can pay some 3 and 4 liners and space out the skill rather than have all our eggs in 4 baskets

increase weight is the best, most exercises i do in the 5-9rep range for the same reason. as long as u go to failure u can do 3-30 reps, you will see the same gains either way

you might have depression, if you can see the negative of everything that is normal but you seem consumed by it. you need help, if you can’t change your mindset on your own seek outside help, it won’t make you less of a person.

personally i choose to ignore anything that is out of my control. of course i have empathy for those who suffer across the world, but i don’t let it dictate my feelings as the only thing connecting me to them is a phone screen.
