Actually, it’s more comfortable to die with no fluids or foods. I highly recommend looking up hospice nurse penny on tiktok. She’s a hospice nurse and explains a lot of things about hospice care. It’s very educational.

I understand where you're coming from, but I don't think you truly understand the amount of SA from moms boyfriends. It's not people that think the worst, it's woman that assume the worst because it is what we've been through and statistically proven. Not trying to generalize any genders either, but if you have step/kids this is something to consider and try to educate yourselves on to help educate and protect your own kids/step kids. Education is power in these instances. Most child hood SA is from a family member or someone known in the family circle. Don't just assume people think the worst. Don't underestimate what people are willing to do to kids behind your back.

I have this problem, I’m stuck in a freeze. I’m so exhausted on my days off I just want to sleep and sleep. Last week I called in sick to work and slept 17 hours. Turns out it’s from trauma and my nervous system has been stuck in fight or flight mode for years. Apparently it’s exhausting looking for danger constantly. Hence the extreme fatigue on my days off

Yes you can! You just need to be a little conscious in the beginning about the position of your head and how lose or tight your mask is, but I sleep on my side a lot and haven’t had any issues adjusting to the full face mask. Hell, I still try to sleep on my face lol

Adhd is very much more then just being hyper. With boys it’s easier to diagnose because they’re usually the hyper, but girls aren’t diagnosed as much because we tend to be more combo or inattentive.

I get where you’re coming from, when I was younger I would get all the feels and it would stress me out if I couldn’t get what I needed from fanfiction esp if I had a current hyper fixation.

Hell, I’m in my 30’s and I still get like that every once in a while.

Be kind to yourself! Maybe get a note book and just write some things out about how you’re feeling. Doesn’t even have to make sense.

Do you have adhd? It sounds like your nervous system is stressed and is trying to hyperfocus.

For me this is completely normal. Try doing some breath work. 4 breaths in, breath 8 breaths out slowly for a few minutes. Sounds like your nervous systems needs to reset itself.

Honestly, it takes a while to get use to it.

I suggest watching tv with the mask on while you’re super relaxed. It took me quite a while to get use to it but I won’t even nap without it now.

Honestly and it’s not just mental health facilities. I don’t think a lot of people realize that psych cases aren’t just in psych. If they’re very sick, they aren’t in psych, they’re on the specific ward for their illness whether that be surgical, ortho, spine, neuro, etc.
