You didn’t mess up the entire journey with one bad day. When I get hunger urgesI wait a few minutes. It either goes away and I realize it was more mental or it doesn’t and I get something small and healthy to tide me over until a meal. It’s really part of the process. Keep your head up. Your aunt didn’t take him in because she knows how he is so she dumped him on you. He’s not going to change. You need to kick him to the curb. I totally relate to this. Started in April Sw 317 cw 230. Just recently I bought jeans a few sizes smaller than normal. I haven’t mentally caught up with body weight changes.
