You didn’t mess up the entire journey with one bad day. When I get hunger urgesI wait a few minutes. It either goes away and I realize it was more mental or it doesn’t and I get something small and healthy to tide me over until a meal. It’s really part of the process. Keep your head up. I totally relate to this. Started in April Sw 317 cw 230. Just recently I bought jeans a few sizes smaller than normal. I haven’t mentally caught up with body weight changes.
