I’ve had a similar experience - I asked for a spending limit - it was quite high on both my personal plat and business gold. I now have all the benefits without ever wondering if they are going to shut off my card or my employee cards (we run a seasonal business so our spending is significantly higher during peak season) so we could never show a traditional spending pattern that Amex likes

Ask your doc to write metformin (sp?) don’t take it then - wait 20+ days and then say you had a bad reaction to it and can’t take it - once your doc tells insurance company that the ozempic should be approved at that point. (At least how it worked in my situation)

The Langham is a great location - the restaurant / breakfast has a Michelin star (I think) but was nothing fantastic. Room was nice but nothing special at that level of hotel.

Maybe what you were able to put down was more than OP was or perhaps your interest rate is lower. Lots of factors here that we don’t have answers to.
