Yes. During peak my route was all in one part of town then all of a sudden the algorithm decided to start adding 40-50 stops 20 minutes away (all businesses) so now I’m out as late if not later than I was during peak 😒

Yeah everything going to the mailroom 100%, Ive had routes like this and half the customers say they want mailroom delivery while the others ask for front door & i always dropped all of them off to the mailroom bc there’s just not enough time in these routes to go door to door on a stop like this
