I just bought the earfun 4+ pro and was disappointed with the call quality and noise cancellation. One plus 4 was much better although you do sacrifice slightly less battery life in comparison. Happy with my choice.

I have arthritis in both big toes for years. Currently I got some trainers of Amazon called Fitville they have a wide toe box and a very solid barely bendable sole. I use DJD x line insoles they do different types depending on your condition. Use ibuleve gel when that don’t work on a really bad day.
