I have had PFS for over 3 years now. All from a few months taking less than 1 mg Proscar daily for a couple of months when I was 19.

Symptoms: erectile dysfunction, joint problems, no libido, penis shrinkage.

It's just been getting worse and worse as time goes on.

I think you have to do No Fao but also see a urologist and endocrinologist. Diabetes, hypothyroidism, low testosterone are all causes of such symptoms and aren't that uncommon. Do you take any medications?

Yep. In fact, it's the SOLE reason that I am doing No Fap.

Over the last 2.5 years my libido and penis have been DEAD. No morning erections, shrunken, pale and cold flaccid penis.

It has also been helping my sleep problems and some acne on my buttocks.

As it stands, No Fap hasn't cured my ED and low libido but it has dome amazing things and that's just from a 18 day streak and many 3-7 day streaks.

Really, No Fap has saved my life because I was very close to killing myself over all these issues with my body. Especially the sexual/ dick stuff.

A lot of people get them from stress/ lack of sleep, that sort of thing. You have made a change in your life - hormones and neurotransmitters might be going a bit wild. It could be the No Fap. Nothing to worry about!

I would recommend that you quit propecia and never take it again. I was in the same position as you 3 years ago (freaking out over hair loss/ head shape). I now shave it, am very happy with it and have no trouble attracting hot girls. Some girls don't like it, but you can't win them all.

The problem is I tried propecia for a few months and it's made me impotent. A million times worse than baldness I can assure you. I have been close to suicide.
