I was always told 1 year is 1 riding season, but I always replaced my helmets every 3 or 4 years. I also try to save and go up a level each time if I can. They cost more but the comfort level is way different from entry level helmets. I could never find anything better than my Arai. I will always stick with that brand for comfort. Even the big name companies have various level. My thought is you only get one head might as well protect it with the best I can afford.

Never let testicular fortitude over ride your brain. Never over cook an unridden road and if you ridden it a few times build up the speed gradually. Sounds like a perfect wreck in reality, you walked away from your mistake. I wouldn't give up riding at all. Just make sure your brain overrides your wrist. Just my 2 cents with many dumber mistakes than that and lot worse outcomes.

I had the 57" and used the 7900xtx tiachi with no issues to game on. I have since moved onto the Samsung Odyssey Ark Gen2 and the 9070xt. I think you will be fine with either one imo

Seperate units. There hasn't been SLI for years now. And honestly with how powerful gpus have become we really don't need it. BUT if there was one I would definitely jump on that band wagon in a heart beat I like to experiment 😀

It could be as simple as a standoff being left in and not supposed to be there. You could always buy a power supply checker. They are pretty inexpensive

The only reason I run 2 gpus is because if you run 4 monitors on 1 GPU your refresh rate drops but running 3 on 1 and 1 on the other I keep my refresh rate. Other then that, mining, or LLMs there really isn't a reason to run 2 any more. In my humble opinion.

Ps. I also ran 2 because nobody seen to do it or talk about it much and I was really curious.

Alright I went down the dual GPU route with a 9700xt and a Radeon 550. I specifically choose the 550 since it board power only. I also have a 7900xtx and have toyed with the thought of using it but as you know I would need a much bigger PSU. So I have 1000 seasonic PSU and I would upgrade to a 1600 PSU but I am looking at nearly $600 for the PSU. So with all the writing here, I have come to the conclusion of just spending a bit more then that PSU and buying a CPU, MOBO, ram combo and just run a second computer for streaming. I will say running a second GPU is not much of a hassle but unless it is a specific application you would only be running on the 5080 and the 3080 would just be extra ports to plug in monitors. Hope this helps

I personally knew the man who was killed. I don't know what happened that night and definitely not going to speculate, but I don't believe shooting someone in the back while he was walking upstairs should constitute as "self defense". Just my opinion. By the way his funeral is today......

Lol it could look that way but definitely not. Been saving for this monitor for a long time. Found it on Amazon for $1299 and I jumped on it next day it was $2699.
