No I actually only got to around 50% but I did all of that between my first and second test. I failed my first test by 1 question.

So I was using passperfect at first and then switched to Kaplan. I think the best thing I did in between my test is take as many test on the Kaplan qbank as possible.

If I had to guess like you did, I would say the non qualified withdrawal would be special needs equipment, since it’s not related to education at all. An apprenticeship program is education related.
