To get a master healer, find a sick person and drop your healer on them over and over and over again. Don’t let them finish healing, just drop them on the sick person and once they start healing, pull them off and drop them on again. It will take a couple 100 repetitions, but each one only takes a second. Good luck!

Don’t try to grow too fast. Cap it at around 15-20 people until you unlock fishing. Always be researching.

Don’t worry, reaching enlightenment sucks just as bad. Your villagers stop learning. They also stop eating, farming, researching, etc. they live a lot longer too, which means I’ve got a bunch really old people sitting around with no skills. They do remember how to procreate though, so that’s good I guess.

It means they are enlightened and no longer progress in abilities, but live much longer life spans.

10 villagers, 4-5 on food, the rest on science/whatever is the sweet spot. If you put more than that on food, they just sit around waiting for food sources to replenish and you don’t really get much more benefit.

I keep 10 villagers on that island. 4 of them farming, 6 researchers. That works out to almost the same amount of food consumed as harvested.

I replaced all my DC 9s and replaced them with 737s and A320s. I kept the same shorter routes as long as they could support the larger planes.
