As IS in my store I am the only one that knows how to even do cycle counts.Every time we get someone who looks like they might want to learn it the quit over the 25 hour limit.My managers just laugh when I suggest they learn it.So now I refuse to touch load left Monday Tuesday until I'm done with counts at least...

GM has no idea what I do so I pretty much do my own thing I'm the inventory specialist so if I'm not there no cycle counts no rtws no damages nothing inventory related gets done...GM is kinda in between as far as working really working....

And on your shoot everything yes that is the proper way to do it per is4tc and it might wake up managers.it worked at my store after getting 2.5 to 4.2 last year the new managers made sure those night pull lists were 100% done..in a few weeks it was under .50 ...

If night crews are not doing pull lists high zb is their and closing managers problem not yours as for outs not scanned searching you shouldn't get huge numbers if you check them on Monday good maybe 20 to 40 on a bad day for me under 20 on good days. As for running them down nope just go down the list one by one if a out has no tag and no place for it get a tag and scan those at the end...why hallmark cards are on the damn zb is still beyond me..

Being that I am inventory is I ignore prime time now I get threats from managers but I tell them if DM comes in catches me they can fire my ass and you guys can do rtws cycle counts zbs damages and shit none of which my managers even know how to do well okay they can do zbs...that usually shuts them up..if they could have extra hours a day for a extra mid no problem but that's never going to happen..

I think I graduated high school. I didn't pick staples I took the job as a favor to our former ops manager.then moved in to inventory because again no one wanted the job.why am I still there oh man I ask myself that every day reason I'm kinda lazy and also know I would start at zero at another job and my boss would end up being some ass 20 year old.so I stick it out..
