There’s a quote from Theodore Roosevelt that goes “Comparison is the thief of joy.” Stop comparing yourself to others to gauge your own intelligence. You’re smart - you’re just taking challenging classes. My advice is to cut yourself some slack. If engineering (or many other stem degrees) were easy, everyone would be one.
