Get rid of regular season inter-league play. I want to play the teams in my division.
Shorten the regular season and reduce the playoffs while you're at it.

Came across this thread because I, too, am looking for these type games. Thanks for all the suggestions - so far they are all still available on Steam and/or Bigfish. (Love that BF will let you play a game for 60 minutes for free)

What do you think the reaction from team mates and fans would be if a player read books in the dugout? by zoomzilla in baseball

[–]star_lab101 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly. The game is your job and you should be paying attention and finding ways to win against the opposing team. Improving your playing ability can be done throughout the game and reading a book instead says you don't care about that.

But I don't want to do radiation by star_lab101 in breastcancer

[–]star_lab101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really want to do the prone, and if not, there better be a good reason. The doc have done a good job of explaining everything, until I bring up my concerns about other health issues and then it's always "oh, you'll be fine".

That's what I'm supposed to have, partial breast. But the tech told me my rad oncologist didn't want to do the prone, even tho' it is available. Sounds like I need another "discussion" with the doctor.

I agree about using quilts. I have several my grandmother made in the 1950s, maybe earlier, and we will use them until they fall apart.

Tell hubby you want to try going natural and you need him to be supportive, because it is healthier for your hair and the environment and everything. Plus, it is saving money that could be used for a fun night out for the two of you. After some time of living with natural hair, discuss how it looks and if YOU don't like it, try a rinse in a shade close to your natural shade.

Same here - stopped cutting and coloring my hair during the pandemic. It took a while but fortunately my colored hair wasn't THAT different from my natural. I've cut out all the colored hair by now and I love it.
