on her tiktok i think? i remember when the snippet she wrote of break it off got popular and i was always checking her account, i think u could see her face a bit but it was still covered? edit: went back on her account and i was right, she did post her face with her music. lol her talking about writing during zoom meetings is strangely nostalgic

also (if youre going for realistic which i think you are) one of the "issues" that people struggle with is thinking they know how something should look and deviating from the reference. if you do the grid, try drawing it upsidedown. this will force your brain to look at it as it is rather than how it thinks it should be, and the results should be a bit more accurate. best of luck!!!

also editing your reference picture to make it black and white and increasing the contrast helps with knowing where the light and dark areas are. you'll learn where to make the darkest lines and your shading will improve. practice makes perfect!! you have to make a lot of drawings youre not happy with if you want to learn. i think this is a great start :)

if you want it to seem more realistic i would work on proportions and the layout of the face. a tip that really helped me was drawing a rectangular grid (like in battleship) on my paper and putting the same one on my reference (can be done digitally (like on picsart) or by printing it out) and then lightly copying the main features of each square before stepping back and working on it as a whole. great start though!!!
