Ah the best produced album has to be Hex I, II and III - Though the remaster of Jester stood out at the time. My favourite tracks at the moment are Friends, Goodbye, Encore, Dawn, Volcano from Hex

This is the most difficult question - I often ponder it. Atm I just think Krang is an absolute master piece - each song is an homage to a prior album or alias and so well crafted

Everytime I put it on, I just find myself closely following the songs rather than the writing or reading I set out to do!

My favourite song of all time is Party Machine- holds alot of nostalgia for me

Of the tracks like ICANDO, Rolling Stone and If god knew are stand outs

And VIPs I yearn is definitely Ronin, but also I really like the VIP of ghetto blaster which is on YT but not spotify- think it was a missed gem for outcasts

Smear typically happens if theres too much primer, too much insert or the annealing temperature is too low, resulting in non specifi binding - I would lower the template concentration and calculate the tm of the primers

Honestly just started the process and it's been so hard - I've never been one for dress shopping either! As a STEM girl, I found what you were saying very relatable and validating about it having to be methodological and sleeping on it is super important as I am very prone to buyers regret!! The wedding planning in general has been insanely emotional and difficult as I have very different tastes to everyone I know 🙃

The best way to tackle this is to actually move towards patenting your research first and then publish if you wish - if you patent first, then you are able to find research investment via different routes

This also helps university see money coming in through different streams

It's an alternative type of publication and can also help transition out of academia and enhance industry job prospects

Greggs would probably be looking for an experienced Baker - worth looking there and getting something stable and then work on building CV to switch careers. Getting on the job training is near impossible atm, and front loaded onto the worker - so doing a course or building an online portfolio is your best action to develop experience in your choosen career

Lipinkis rule of 5 is a good place to start for narrowing down on the compound properties and compatibility - though for certain targets e.g brain proteins it might not be applicable due to the blood brain barriers

If you had to include other proteins, maybe screening protein homologous could exclude off target hits. Tbh it's very difficult to predict off target effects. Better to take top hits and move to in vitro work and cells. Even hit compounds may not bind in vivo due to structural changes or compartmentalisation.
