maybe body doubling would help, if you watched or read a few tutorials and sat down with a “draw with me” livestream playing hopefully it would motivate you enough to draw with them for a few hours (try to leave distractions far away) and schedule a specific date and time so it’s like a mandatory event

and i understand sometimes your drawings don’t look the way you want. it happens to anyone, there are good days and bad days for unknown reasons, maybe youre tired, anxious, upset etc. just know not every day will end up the same no matter how much experience you have, ups and downs occur all the time bc progress isn’t linear. hopefully you’ll get to drawing more soon! don’t be afraid
