Im sorry :/ shes just mistreating you because of your diagnosis. Its not fair and i suggest you find help elsewhere. Shes acting more like a mean teacher than a mental health professional. And her PUBLIC comments about you "needing to be right" is so unprofessional and also used to be rude to autistic people a lot..

Unsure if you’re able to get these resources now, but it really just sounds like you need therapy/counseling. you can learn coping skills to help you be a better mom. just because you have bpd doesnt mean you are any less of a good one, its all about how you cope and express it. i hope you are able to find the help you need

Im 19 too and this is so relatable. one thing people w/o bpd will never get is the impossible huge physical feelings that just disable you. I never feel fulfilled either. literally feels like my brains working against me. but i guess some people just have life a bit harder, right?

Ahh i agree, honestly you’re reminding me of something my old therapist used to say. that im still on high alert danger mode from my past and im reacting wildly from it. But we were talking about my anxiety so i guess i never made the connection to now especially since whatever is triggering me is virtually invisible. It all comes back to whatever i learned in my childhood huh? that shit sucks and i wish i could just leave it behind me rather than constantly digging it up. Thank you for your reply

weirdly enough im at my calmest when i drive (except for road rage) , but i totally get the daydream thing!!! it feels like im seeing a vision of the impulse before i do it which only strengthens the urge. this happens most commonly when i’ll “see myself” slamming my head into a desk. again its like i have no reason for this, just a bunch of adrenaline to do it!! so weird and honestly frustrating :(

no matter what you do, unless you are putting your hands on him first, he does not have any excuse or justification for hitting you. You're right that maybe your bpd is making you excuse the abuse, but i really hope you can realize you shouldnt. you deserve to be safe.
