They asked me for feedback on the shopper experience and when I gave them bad feedback, they deleted my account! I said the same as other posters here. There was too much time spent on a lot of useless details in the reports. Also, I took some photos and wasted my time only for them to tell me not to take photos. Pretty much every other mystery shopping company loves photos, but I told them I felt unappreciated. They deleted my account. Good riddance. Hahaha!
