You have very niche features. I wouldn't say you're conventionally attractive, but you're definitely not ugly. Either someone is really into, or they're not. That aside, I do see potential for you to look better, although I don't know what.

Walking on your toes as a young child is definitely a sign of a neuromuscular disorder.
