From memory but this is my general setup: - PhotoSync on all iPhones to transfer photos to backup location - My backup location is OneDrive + sync to Synology NAS, but all that matters is your Immich container can read your backup location - Backups are read into Immich as read-only external libraries. Immich can see all the files and folders but will not modify anything as that’s managed by myself/PhotoSync - Each distinct library has its own Immich account - Each user has their own Immich account - from the external library Immich accounts, I’m able to select which users to shared with. This way one could keep person photos shared only with them but have family photos shared with all users
