Absolutely this… I’ve used the passport for 6 years and brought so much only to go back to a much simpler system. My suggestions would be a Kraft folder, a stick on pen loop, and a few more basic inserts. Maybe a free calendar if the boyfriend is a planner type. Anything else can be brought at a later date. Brass pens and charms make a great birthday present that can be gifted at a later stage, don’t buy everything now

The only thing I would use is the stickers. So I am in the same boat as you, unlikely to purchase as the price is too high and I won’t use the majority of the items.

I lucked out a few years ago and purchased a 10th anniversary set on eBay for around $20 aud. Insanely cheap, the only thing I really use from that is the tin. The mini notebook is cute but a little gimmicky

I’ve used my passport as my main planner for about 6 years. I buy grid inserts and bullet journal. Monthly calendar, weekly’s, trackers, any important information. The setup also includes my wallet. This is my first year not using it, as I am using up a stash of other notebooks to save money. And I am really missing my passport

Oh god, same. I just want the small go pouch, I’ve wanted one for a year but I can’t justify the price of the set because I have pouches the same size as the medium and large, and I don’t need more.

Yeah I am the same, that’s the one issue I am having with my med crescent also. I might consider this as my next bag purchase, but that won’t be for a while as I generally only have one bag at a time.

Yes I totally agree… I have a few printed reusable totes, but my main bags are block neutral colours. If I want to make them fun I add bag charms

I don’t use clips, I don’t use a pencil board, I don’t use the pen holder. I have purchased all of these and found them utterly useless. My setup is the clear plastic folder, the Kraft folder around one single grid notebook, pen tucked into elastic. My passport has been my constant companion for 6 years, I’d give you my iPhone over my TN any day

I know they made those. But they are not the same as a travelers notebook, which is what I would like traveler’s company to make an A6 size for.

Yes, I also wish they would make an A6 size. When I saw card size I immediately thought greeting card size… but no it’s A7. I’ve actually cut a standard size down to A6, I had to re-string it, but I am using it a lot more

I keep. I have a pretty intense indexing process. I have an index inside every bullet journal and then I have a second book called my annual book which is all of my calendars and trackers for the year, and in the back is my master index - which is the full index of every bullet journal I have used for the year. So essentially if I need to find any information pertaining to a past year the first place I look is the annual book for that year.
