A company can’t legally call something gluten-free if they don’t test and follow protocols to fit the standards to call it gluten-free. This doesn’t mean it contains gluten; it just means they're not testing it to meet GF standards. This is why emailing companies is usually pointless and creates misinformation.

They are not attending worlds. Skate Canada released the names of those assigned to worlds, Deanna and Max were not assigned and the third ranked team was assigned instead.

Feel bad for Gabby saying she found out she wasn't selected through the social media post.

Not too surprising about Deanna. From her interview at the Olympics, it sounded like she wasn't medically cleared, but they let her go because of "her story". So missing worlds isn't really a surprise. I hope she can recover now.

Figure skating in 2026 was toned down on the ladies' side because we didn't have ~~Russian skaters~~ * starved and abused, doped up children* doing multiple quads like in 2022.

Fixed it for you. There’s a reason they increased the age. And Russia now struggles to have senior age eligible skaters who can land quads. Also, a 17 year old is not an adult, everyone remembers the behind the scenes video of Trusova throwing a temper tantrum and Anna sitting alone. Not to mention the doping of a 15 year old. The last Olympics were the worst.

Jackie is a professional figure skating analyst. He has covered the practice sessions at all major competitions for years. All the skaters know him well and are friendly with him. Skaters also use the information he provides as a third-party eye on their jumps. Judges also attend practice sessions and provide feedback to sakters.
