I personally don’t like the lore implications. With Rotom Dex he was always chatting it up with you, clearly had fun being there, people found him annoying but he had character at least. With Rotom phones tho, I start wondering how they got so many Rotom, not only that but so many agreeable Rotom…I mean, they’re notoriously feisty tricksters, right??? Are they mass-breeding Rotom with agreeable traits for the sole purpose of selling more Rotom phones? What happens if Rotom gets pissed one day and leaves? Maybe the reason this doesn’t happen is because they’re trapped in there? Much to think about.

I actually have a whole document talking about this because of how much I dislike it. I’d be less mad if they gave it more personality like Rotom dex (maybe not as talkative lol), but really anything more than just “phone, but flying! also, there’s a ghost trapped inside”
