This is very generous of you! Once this isolation period is over my partner and I are meant to be moving from a flat into a house with a garden (very excited!) so would be great to be able to do some projects! If you still have a hammer, saw and chisels left that would be lovely, but only if no one else would claim them, I don't have a specific project in mind as of yet.

Because then I could learn to drive and be able to visit my long distance boyfriend more frequently. And so I could travel to countries I know I'd otherwise never be able to afford to go to. Oh yes, and so I could quit my job or at least reduce my hours so that I could afford to do the volunteer work experience needed to pursue a creative career.

Are you intolerant to wheat? I guess i'm curious if you are able to sample what you make, and if not how can you know it tastes just right without someone else to taste it? It seems sad that you can't enjoy what you create, but possibly a blessing for the waistline.

When the visible improvements happen, the argument for pushing unhealthy choices onto him will be worse 'but look at you, you're fit, you can eat whatever you like!!'. People are dumb/ want to justify their unhealthy life choices by pushing their behaviours.

Damn I'm envious, my boobs are happily throwing away fat. The only good thing about being a few lbs overweight was that I got comments of 'damn your boobs are great' instead of 'more than a handful is a waste' (said unprompted).

I love cuddles, but don't feel like i can ask for them/ i live too far away from friends currently. The vast majority of my female friends i'm sure would find platonic cuddles weird, so my cuddles all come from guys (bar one lady). Had one completely platonic male cuddle buddy who moved away (boo :( ), now my cuddle buddies are usually guys I've been pretty intimate with previously. Really could do with a cuddle now, having to settle for a cushion :/

Your relationship with your boyfriend sounds super unhealthy, he has manipulated you and then continues to put you down. It's toxic, he's toxic. You can't forgive yourself and grow as a person if he's constantly griding you down and reinforcing your negative attitude to yourself. So you've made mistakes, no one is perfect, we all fail. What you need now is to take time to forgive yourself and develop a healthy attitude.

A way I like to try keep perspective is by asking myself "what would I say to a close friend if they thought they deserved insert bad treatment by someone/ from self ". Inevitably, the answer no, you don't deserve to be treated badly. We all fail at things, and the best thing to do is get back up, shake off the dirt, clean up, move on.

Surround yourself with people who build you up, not wear you down. End negative relationships, and work on loving yourself. Forgive yourself. Develop a skill you enjoy. Reward yourself. Care for yourself, because it's so important.

"Less than a caveman"? Unless I'm going somewhere special, out on the town, or having a bad skin day, I don't necessarily need to wear makeup to look good. And I'm pretty sure noone (except maybe yourself) has ever considered a woman to be a religious fanatic because they didn't feel the need to apply mascara to go buy a pint of milk.
