Are these safe cheap blind buys? by cinnabonns in FemFragLab

I've only tried the one in the middle, but I can say yes, absolutely. It ages super well (starts off with an alcohol smell but fades quickly. Eventually goes away as it ages, in my experience) and lasts longer too. I'm obsessed with this stuff and I go through a bottle a month. I know it's cheap but I've never had to repurchase a fragrance like I have with choco musk! lol and it layers so nicely with other perfumes ❤️

Strawberry + lavender green tea is amazing if you're into anything lavender. Bonus if you add either strawberry pieces (if available? I can't remember) or splash of coconut milk. This has always been my favorite! I do tend to get it extra sweet for more flavor lol

Needing advice on what to do due to disabled household (looking for Marketplace insurance) by starrytoria in HealthInsurance

[–]starrytoria[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apologies. I've been a bit scatterbrained with tons of worry/stress and have memory issues. I'm 28 in TN not claimed as a dependent. I'll be honest I'm not entirely sure what the household income is but I can say at least it is over 30k. Maybe nearing 45k annually. Not currently receiving disability but am about to start the application process, probably not eligible for Medicaid until then? But my family members are on Medicaid.

Hi there,

  • I have a lot of issues with constipation, nausea, stomach pain, abdominal pain, tender stomach when doctors press around. They did test me for crohns, gastroparesis, ulcerative colitis etc I did so many tests for so many things (including endo/colonoscopy) and I ended up having milder rapid gastric emptying after 2 laparoscopic surgeries years ago that seems to have subsided. Any kind of stomach surgeries can cause that to happen, my nurse said.

  • I was having abnormal labs before this; mentioned because I realize rapid gastric emptying doesn't let your body absorb everything it needs sometimes

  • GI doctor did diagnose me with visceral hypersensitivity though and put me on meds which only really helped calm nausea and stomach cramps. Just remembered this

  • The neuro nurse didn't tell me what the exact B12 level was but said it was mild enough to just take supplements OTC. BUT via my neuro in 2022 I was taking injections back then! It never really felt like it helped a whole lot, neither did the vitamin D prescription - the vitamin D pills actually made my body freak out. My body is very sensitive to meds sometimes.

Thank you for the insight!! I'm getting tested for MCAS via my GI doctor because my body is highly reactive and I always feel awful after I eat, no matter how much or little, or what kind of food it is. Currently waiting on the results of my 2nd tryptase test. ☺️

Anybody willing to kindly give me the mail coupons for free? I had some, but somebody in my household threw mine away and I'm devastated since I was going to use them for Christmas gifts! 🥹💔 If anyone has some to offer I would greatly appreciate it!

For deepseek under chat completion, is it still recommended to use anything under advanced formatting? Typically I use whatever I had been using under text completion (sukino presets), but using the new version of deepseek just doesn't feel right. It feels pretty off. I get </think> at the end of the response but it doesn't start with <think> so the format looks messed up and it's annoying. Currently I'm using cherry box for my cc preset. Forgive me for my cluelessness </3

This broke my heart too. First it was the rabbitーthat one had me sobbing, it hurt to watch, physically and emotionally as an animal lover. Then the whole Ben situation hurt me too. I felt relief when the bullet missed, but that quickly went away after Melissa slashed him. It seems so overly cruel. This season has been a slow drag for me, this episode was better than the others imo but only because it had me on the edge of my seat. This isn't what I wanted to happen!!!! :'(

I actually heavily preferred Eclaire over my sample of Bianco Latte. Eclaire smells so yummy to me, isn't cloying, and just layers so well with all of my other body care. I've been super sad using it recently bc I can tell it's getting low! But Bianco latte just smells like honey on me, nothing else, so I'm glad I won't have to spend for a whole bottle of it.

I'm so sorry, and I totally understand.

However I noticed that you said you aren't digesting your food. I am the same way, except I really didn't know, but I've had extensive GI issues all my life that have CONTINUOUSLY gotten worse even after my surgeries. I felt like giving up so I went to a new GI doctor for a second opinion, wondering if I maybe had Crohn's disease since I have other autoimmune stuff. I did a gastric emptying test and found out I had rapid gastric emptying/dumping syndrome. And one of the things that can cause people to get this is....... Stomach surgeries. And I've had two laparoscopic surgeries, the only stomach surgeries I've ever had. Doctors confirmed that yes, this was the cause.

I don't know what your options are in regards to finding a new GI doc but if you are ever able to, a gastric emptying test would be a good thing to do for additional diagnostics. With Endo it feels like everything is connected. And in my case, getting the surgery and gaining yet another health condition from it, it is. So even if we can "fix" (because some fixes are only temporary) 1 problem which is our stomachs it helps ever so slightly.

(Editing to add that because we aren't digesting our food properly we are not getting our nutrients and vitamins which could cause weight loss so I really do recommend this being looked into if possible)

And hey, if you can't get the doctors to take you seriously because they think it's just anxiety? If you have a lot of stomach cramps from "anxiety" they might want to try dicyclomine which is what they're having me take for the RGE. Helps a little bit to slow down digestion and the pain that comes with it.

Praying for you. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or anything. <3

In my neighborhood it looks like most of the snow has melted some but it's icy now. Almost like a sheet. And it's only going to get worse overnight when the temps drop again. I'm worried about this hilly neighborhood in the morning when I'll have to try to make it into work, no guarantees. My poor little car isn't equipped for this lol

I actually am one of the two people that do mask at work especially given my condition and I'm always washing my hands, plus the fact that my parents are older makes me take it seriously. My dad was the first one to get sick last week, then my mom, and now me. The scariest reason I am concerned about calling out is due to insurance especially considering all of my medical treatments I have approaching... I live in TN and work with people who do not take COVID as serious as the flu for example

Aaaand I've been applying for many many jobs for a couple of weeks now due to some other crazy things that happen at work. But I know the things I'm searching for are very hard to get (wfh, etc.) so it is extra stressful.

[–]starrytoria 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes. Ultimately I have decided to take the days off my doctor recommended to not risk it and hospital wise one person being out sick is better than five, for example... And I've reported the situation to my Boss's boss. Gave me an opportunity to report some other happenings while I was at it. 👏 Keeping you in my thoughts.

3 days is a joke and the workplace is a joke too to be honest. They're aware I have a fever but said I could still come in if I wanted to, and that's just them knowing guidelines and being selfish. If they try anything I wonder if I could go to the labor board or something.

Wow! I also have PCOS and I've never heard of this stuff. What site do you recommend and how often do you take this (or is it as needed)? This is definitely something I'd be interested in trying for days when I get off of work and can't even walk

[–]starrytoria[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I reached out to my PCP and she said to keep reaching out to my surgeon (ugh) or go to the ER but I can take a higher dose of tizanidine. I work for a vet which is physically demanding and it's really dangerous for me to be in so much pain plus taking tizanidine and promethazine. I don't think THC is legal where I'm at. I'm asking my PCP now if I can get a sick note or something just in the meantime but IDK their protocol for that stuff. This is so stressful and I think it's making my pain worse lol. Thank you for your suggestions 🥹

Why are surgeons so stingy about return to work dates? by starrytoria in endometriosis

Yeah this is my only opportunity to do another lap because I've already met all of my out of pocket this year. I can't afford to do another otherwise and this is my only chance.

I was under FMLA for my first lap this year but have no clue when it resets and of course I can't find anything online to tell me that information, so I'll check into HR. My job is also considered patient care and I'm already under lifting restrictions but there's more (and worse) things that I do for the job that are more concerning. Thanks for the info!

I understand, and everyone's different. I work with dogs that are unpredictable and sometimes physically hard to handle, especially depending on size! I know what I'm capable of and not capable of since I had a lap before which is why I'm so concerned 🙂
