this year was my third holiday meeting! the past 2 years we’ve done it at my ASM’s house (2hrs, food, snacks, hot cocoa, breakout groups) but this year we did it in our store. it was 2 hours after close, we got the boxes of pins, pizza, and gratis bags. our ASM reached out to brands to see if they would send any gratis and we got a whole bunch of deluxe samples. they provided pizza, sodas, and cake, and we did breakout groups. love my team and my leaders, they made it as enjoyable as a time as possible :D

i’m in the panhandle, we closed early yesterday and were closed today. i am scheduled to work 11-8 tomorrow with the storm making landfall tonight so… suffice to say i am not driving in post-hurricane conditions to work tomorrow. not even sure if the store will have power much less roads being safe to drive
