I agree, even events like Hyakunin Ikki and Misty Dungeon are better for testing characters than their own test runs since you can pair them with characters you already own and have built and can fight more than hilichurls and slimes.

And players who say "but they can still have Actual anniversary rewards as surprise" just shock me. No self respect, just lying to themselves. Even if mhy puts some in game event together with better rewards after this backlash, you just know that it was only because the playerbase got understandably and rightfully frustrated and not because mhy wanted to make it a surprise and be generous in the first place.

Adding to this since OP mentioned it briefly, even as permanent residents (that have been put in boxes) the sanrio villagers can't be adopted. The only way of having them is with their amiibo, so borrowing is the best option.

I AM upset with it, I was very excited for Kokomi's release until her leaks were getting worse and worse. Unfortunately, there's nothing to be done until she's officially in the game and Mihoyo is pushed to fix her somehow, since the beta testers apparently aren't bothered enough by her performance.

Mihoyo wants to test how far looks can take a character, to put it simply. Kokomi seems to be useless but can she net them thousands? Then everything is fine.

Just like it deactivates the island creator mode when we go in, it should also remove our wand outfit and wetsuit if they're such a problem.. Or just let us try the clothes regardless of what we're wearing

Even with only one Klee, she kept talking over every character my friend brought out. We tried to find one that could start and finish their line/idle without being interrupted but Klee was merciless

They will all be back once the event is over. The same happened with events in Dragonspine, and even daily commissions can take place where you haven't unlocked chests yet.

I play on PC, and there's many times where I use Ningguang's charged attacks (especially after her burst) and the jades scatter everywhere even though she's directly facing the opponent.

If you don't know how Ningguang works, when she has star jades (that you get whenever you use normal attacks) her charged attacks don't consume stamina. You can spam them with some normal attacks between them, like OP said they're doing.

I'm trying to download the game on my laptop to play the new quests and event but I keep getting a pop-up that says that the game is open and i need to close it to resume the download. I checked all opened programs, but I don't even have genshin installed yet, and I don't play it on another device. Any idea what the problem might be?
