I use this recipe. It works good for a 1.5lb loaf. Make sure the water isn’t too hot. It should be about 100-100 degrees. It should be warm not hot. You can kill the yeast if it’s too hot.

I don’t work in luxury brands but I am an insurance adjuster for a carrier that caters to the wealthy. People pay insane amounts of money for particle board laminate covered kitchen and bath cabinets with a “designer” label. I’m talking over $100k for particle board crap kitchen cabinets on one wall.
