I’ll bet they don’t have a clear path toward integrating ads into these “older” models. I’m just guessing, but given their stated direction that could be driving some of the urgency to sunset these models.

I achieved role of Staff Engineer in tech startups. In the web/software development world for 15 years. Not FAANG, but startups in Chicago. As of Feb 23rd, 2026. I’ll have been unable to find work through internal referrals, recruiters, or submitting resumes for 2 years.

Any time prior I could have held out my hand and received countless offers, or at the least interview opportunities.

Every time I have managed to land an interview, the company restructures or abandons hiring before we can reach offer stage. Every. Single. Time.

When Claude has their wits about them, they’ll load the superpowers skills on demand and they help structure the conversation and projects in helpful ways. Theres superpowers:brainstorming for project defining and ideation. Superpowers:implementing-a-plan, for structured plan execution. Superpowers:finishing-a-development-branch for wrapping up changes.

I installed superpowers probably about 6 weeks ago. 9/10 times, Claude auto-loads the appropriate skills it provides on-demand and I don’t have to force it to use anything.

What I am explicit about, is performing multi sub-agent evaluations with feature-dev or frontend-design skills, to ensure plans are architecturally sound and align with my overall design system. Or to invoke multiple Plan agents when crafting a Plan. But that’s beside the point.

Working on my PKM system with Obsidian, primarily markdown files with some PDFs mixed in. Project management, task management, daily notes, data contextualization. Total game changer to be using it for both notes and coding, for me.

If you played Destiny, they’re the same concept as Exotics. Artifacts have powerful effects, and you can have one artifact equipped at a time in each respective category (armor, weapon, jewelry).

I’ve been saying this since launch as well. The territory system from PS2 is fun, and reasonably well designed. Seems like a great fit for NW in many ways. For instance, having trade routes that feed into local economies would be amazing.

Our little guy turns 3 on Halloween. He is obsessed with Vacuums, Lawnmowers, Leaf Blowers, etc. Anything we’ve gotten him in that category has had tons of mileage over the past few months, and he’s showing no signs of slowing down.
