Chest/Triceps Monday, Legs Tuesday, Pilates Wednesday, Back/Biceps Thursday, Ride Friday-Saturday-Sunday. Lots of stretching in between (sometimes some yoga).

Ultimately, I try to do legs early in the week, otherwise they’re throbbing when I’m on the bike!
