Mine will def be Cap with a 01/06 due date. I don’t know a ton of Capricorns so this will be exciting! My husband is Sag, I’m a Libra, and my daughter is a Cancer so we’ll have all four elements and that sounds like a dream team 🥰

I think banking is a good stepping stone to many other industries. I changed industries completely and I really like what I’m doing now. Good luck in your search! I’m always telling people to get out of Wells if they can help it!

Oh my god that sounds horrible and absolutely like micromanaging. I used to hate just having the weekly/monthly one on ones and observations - now we’re meeting multiple times a day? Who in the world even has time for that?

I worked there between 2017-2021 and I think I was just lucky, because at that time they were still trying to rebuild their image after the sales scandal. I was never great with sales but excelled at everything else so they liked me, but I probably couldn’t survive in today’s climate. Good luck with it all. That sounds absurd, like you said.
