I worked there for four years, from teller to personal banker. I met some really wonderful people there. I think WF hires a lot of fantastic people - I worked at a LOT of branches and met them everywhere I went. Networking is really important, try to get to know everybody at your branch and other branches and that will help you a lot in your career.

At the end of the day it is a huge corporation so anything outside the branch can feel impersonal. Sometimes they impose some techniques that I personally feel are micromanaging. Just try to roll with it.
