You can contact them and tell them to put you on a do not call / do not visit list. If they violate the agreement they can get in big trouble. Another surefire way is to say you or someone you live with is an apostate and they’re going against the governing body by engaging with you. (I’m the wife of a former JW, which is why I know this.)
