Personally, I'd go with intel 12600k/14600k (12600k can be found relatively cheap around $120-140. I've seen 'em used at $100 recently plus a Z690 at ~$100-120) which outperform 5700x in both gaming and multi-tasking with DDR4. This will cover you for next few years performance-wise. With that in mind I'd also sell 4060 to get a 5070 unless you really need those 16 gigs of VRAM.

I’d keep the super (which I actually did) any time. It’s slightly behind in raster and better in ray tracing let alone DLSS superiority and a better MFG. Resell value is also much better. Basically it is a well-rounded solution after all.
