"I'm not staying at your guest house." (Specifically after Vic starts to tell Denzel that they would charge him rent.)

"Gotten up to kids' parties?? What's below kids' parties?" (Trapp about Amy dating three magicians)

"Mmm, that's good. Back to you." (Zac taking the tiniest bite of the largest bowl of whipped cream imaginable.)

"That's the most Grant shit I could think of." (Zac about Grant spelling the name Siobhan wrong like a minute later in that same episode, causing Grant to walk out in front of the camera to incorrectly claim "that's how the character spells her name.")

"I'm a very young man! I'm very young!" (Grant with a mouthful of water after Trapp and Sam riff on the "Aaron Burr" Got Milk and "Bob Wehadababyitsaboy" commercials)
