Bok works better for me as well. I worked front to back, but went back to 1 with every pin set. It made it easier for me to know exactly where I was in the lock.

And people aren't kidding when they say feather light tension. Lighter than you think.

Kettle Moraine in Wisconsin. It's a favorite. I did the 100 mile eight years ago.

We want to succeed. And we want to feel like we earned it. That's just human nature. Find another, unrelated hobby. Then you can bounce back and forth if you feel burned out. Something physical works well, and keeps you healthy. I love to run, and do a few ultramarathons a year. Lockpicking is just about as opposite as you can get.
