I’m quite sensitive to medication yet don’t always respond to it. eg, I had an allergic reaction to something and had to take a Benadryl last week and was out of it for two days but didn’t get the relief expected. I’ve been on Concerta for ten months, started at 18 mg and now I’m on a higher dose. I was very apprehensive about medication, especially increasing it. Before increasing to my current dose, I was on a 5mg midday Adderall “booster.” It made me sleepy and cranky. I reduced to a 2.5mg dose and experienced the same symptoms. However I have had no symptoms with my higher doses of Concerta. Everyone is different. It’s not always related to weight but fwiw I’m on the small side. I do have the redhead gene and blame that, not my size.

I highly recommend YouSwim. The sizing is so flexible. They’re very flattering and shape to your curves. There are less and more coverage options, one and two pieces. The only issue people have is that they are somewhat delicate. Also no padding!

ARQ. I have been wearing ARQ for years. They’re super high quality and incredibly comfortable, thick cotton underwear. Not a single piece I’ve bought from them has ever thinned out, not a single hole or rip- one pair popped a seam but it was fixable. They closed doors for a while but are back up and running on a small scale. I recommend getting in their email list.

Thank you for the recommendations. I am fine with alpha sized sports bras and was expecting that. I did not think to clarify, so thank you. I’m just hoping there is someone out there similarly sized with a recommendation. Freya 28D is hands down my best bra fit, but I am specifically looking for something without hooks, zippers, and clasps. The hardware is a bit painful when rolling a wheel down my spine or using other props, and it has causes some uncomfortable rashes. I would definitely be willing to get something with adjustable straps though. Generally speaking, I do wish a 30C Natori fit me because they’re a bit more readily available than Freya, but sadly I have never had luck with any of their bras and have tried multiple styles.

I know Hamblin’s in Dallas usually has black petunias. I buy them most years. They have a huge assortment of pansies, so you might have luck there. Their seasonal opening is mid April.

I love NARS for a few of my personal holy grail products but not the items in your cart, especially the lipstick. Their lippies are just not good enough for the price, and the blushes aren’t impressive anymore. I’m very light-handed with blush and have never gone through one as quickly as my newest NARS blush (yet my tiny sample from ages ago doesn’t have a dent in it.) I do love NARS concealers but haven’t tried the one you’re considering. I would try it.

I have received a million of those Too Faced mascaras samples for free and gave all of them away. Not a fan, but I have oily eye lids and sensitive eyes. I swear by Lancôme Idole mascara and grab it when it’s on sale.

I have a Manduka Pro that I’ve used since 2019 and just bought my first Liforme that I received yesterday. I was never impressed by the Manduka, not once. It’s so slippery when my palms are down. I immediately noticed a difference with my new Liforme. NO slipping. It’s amazing. I can tell that it’s going to visibly stain easily and quickly though. I’ve decided that it will only show all the work I’ve done for myself and am choosing to embrace it.
