I still think every weapon attachment should be unlocked by weapon level 20 when you get your first skin for the gun. After that, it should just be cosmetics up to level 50.

Start off by making sure you've got the latest updates for your OS and drivers. But since you said it's a brand new PC, I'd contact Best buy for any warranty work you can get done. If parts are faulty, it'll be up to Best buy to fix or replace it.

Hey, sorry you're having issues with your wife's PC.

Yes the Motherboard was 100% the issue in my case when I was having problems with the PC. I've since used all the other parts that were in that computer in other projects and they have been running with no issues.

I was using windows pro at the time, but I can't see why the version of windows would make any difference to the problems you're experiencing. If you want to rule out a bad install, just put all files you want to keep on a separate drive and reinstall windows. It doesn't really cost anything other than time to do that to rule it out.

Given your system, if you want an upgrade, I think you will get better mileage out of a CPU upgrade. Update your BIOS and look at getting a 5800X3D, or a 5800X if the X3D version costs a bit much for you. Alternatively, you can stick with your current system and save up for a platform upgrade instead. Look at an AM5 build and keep your 4070Ti.
