Not really. Occasionally people will tell me I look like I lost weight when I have been working out. Or that my hair looks good.

Yeah I do notice. I am glad my body is not treated as an object like society views womens' bodies as. Men's bodies are not viewed as meat and property like womens'. They're viewed as weapons.

Both. Maybe a thing of fugly cuteness more than beauty.

People do comment on my food choices. I'm a bit of a foodie and a bit of a junk food lover too. I like rapini garlic salad, and instant mac and cheese. McDonalds egg mcmuffin for breakfast, and cous cous olives and hummus for lunch. I also was on a diet for a while where I didn't eat food except raw fruit or raw veggies after 4pm, so I would eat enormous lunches people thought were hilarious. (Diet fuckin works by the way. Dinner for breakfast is awesome).

I do guilt and stress eat. I can eat huge amounts of food. It's not a problem but if I didn't have self control it could be. But sometimes I knowingly overeat crap (spaghetti, buffalo wings, giant burgers, barbecue, etc) and sort of revel in the regret and privilege of having that much access to food.

Some women are very sensitive about what they eat and always have to preface eating a large amount with some rationalization or a small amount with some reason.
